The Environmental Club

The Environmental Club better known as The EC is a club made up of students and alumni of the Environmental Management Program at the Harvard Extension School.The EC mission is to provide a network and connection to the Harvard University Community at large by organizing social and environmental activities. The club activities include guest lectures, career network socials, field trips, site visits and participation in Earth Day and the Charles River Clean up Efforts.

The EC has strong support from the Environmental Management Faculty and Teaching Fellows. With this support and partnership in place, The EC looks to provide support to all students that are looking to further their education towards a more sustainable environment for future generations.

Harvard Extension Pre-Health Society

The Harvard Extension Prehealth Society (HEPS) is devoted to providing guidance, support (academic, personal and career), and inspiration for students considered to be "non-traditional" prehealth (premedical, predental, and preveterinary) students.

Harvard Extension Pre-Law Society

HEPLS helps students learn about the field of law and helps prepare them for law school and careers in the law. They will provide opportunities to become more familiar with the law school admissions process, different legal career paths, and various legal professions. In addition, the group sustains dialog on contemporary legal issues.

Harvard Extension Museum Club

Founded in 2006, this club holds activities such as guest speaker events and group tours to museums or other related sites such as historical sites, aquaria, arboreta, and zoos.

Harvard Extension Running and Walking Club

Founded in 2006, this club is for walkers and runners of all ability levels. It provides opportunities for indoor workouts during cold seasons, entering races as a team, coached sessions, walking tours, and a nexus where people can connect to find running buddies.

Harvard Extension Service and Leadership Society

HESLS serves Harvard’s community of extension school students who maintain an active interest in exploring opportunities primarily in public service and leadership. Not only does HESLS aim to help expose students to the fields of leadership, negotiation, & public service, but it also hopes to aid them in building their own pathways to success through volunteer projects, forums or seminars, newsletters, functions, and/or other avenues.

Harvard Extension Business Society
